According to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, listed companies are required to publish an annual results announcement within three months after the end of each financial year, and issue the annual report within four months after the end of the financial year. In addition, listed companies are required to prepare an interim report for the first six months of each financial year. The interim results announcement must be published within two months after the end of such six-month period (i.e., by the end of August), and the interim report must be issued to investors within three months (i.e., by the end of September). Based on past practice, the Company generally announces its annual results in March each year, with the annual report released in April. Interim results are announced in August, followed by the publication of the interim report in September.

As of the end of 2024, the Company had a total of 12,642,380,000 ordinary shares. Among them, 9,872,786,000 were domestic shares, accounting for 78.09% of the total ordinary shares, and 2,769,594,000 were H shares, accounting for 21.91% of the total.

The Company has distributed dividends in cash every year since its listing in 2016. The Company distributed a final dividend of RMB0.8905 (tax inclusive) per 10 shares for 2024, which was paid on August 8, 2025.
